Who the EPC is for
We help new clients dealing with EPC for the first time as well as existing owners whose 10-year certificate is expiring. We handle everything without unnecessary bureaucracy.
My EPC is expiring
You had a certificate issued ten years ago and need to renew it. We reuse the original data, add any modifications, and issue a new document with a discount for existing clients.
I'm selling property
You cannot legally advertise or transfer a property without an EPC. We issue the certificate and label so your sale isn't delayed.
I'm renting an apartment or house
An EPC is required for every new lease. For apartments in apartment buildings it is usually handled by the housing association — we help with the paperwork.
I'm building or renovating
EPC is a required attachment for new-build approval, and likewise for major renovations exceeding 25% of the building envelope.
We're a housing association / cooperative
We prepare the EPC for the whole building plus materials for the owners' meeting. On request we present results and propose efficiency measures.
I'm applying for a subsidy or loan
EPC is mandatory for New Green Savings, IROP and preferential housing loans. We prepare the certificate with recommended measures so it meets the provider's conditions.
For clients with an expired EPC
If your EPC was issued between 2013 and 2015, its validity is ending right now. With renewal you get:
