2. Data we process

• Identification and contact data: full name, email, phone.
• Content of the message from the contact form.
• Property data needed to issue the EPC.
• Technical data required to operate the site (see cookie policy).

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contract steps).
• Compliance with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Controller's legitimate interest in protecting rights and keeping records — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention period

We process data only for as long as necessary — typically for the duration of handling your enquiry and then for 3 years to evidence communication, unless a longer period is required by law (EPC archiving under Act 406/2000 Coll.).

5. Recipients (processors)

We do not share data with third parties except providers of our technical services (hosting, email, database), bound by confidentiality and a data processing agreement. For traffic measurement we use — only with your consent — Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) with anonymised IP. Without consent these cookies are blocked via Google Consent Mode v2.
