What classes A–G mean
The colour scale rates the annual primary non-renewable energy demand in kWh/(m²·year): heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water and lighting, weighted by primary-energy factors per Decree 264/2020.
Class A – extremely efficient, G – extremely wasteful. New buildings and major renovations must meet the nearly zero-energy building requirement — typically class B or better.
