How we work

No paper bureaucracy. Five steps from first message to a finished certificate with a printed building label.

    Enquiry

    Fill in the short form or call us. We just need the building type, location and reason (sale, rental, approval, renewal). Within 24 hours we send back a timeline and proposal.

    Gathering documents

    Send us any available project documentation, floor plans or the previous EPC. If you don't have them, we'll arrange the measurement.

  3. 3

    Site visit

    Our specialist takes measurements and photos. For smaller buildings typically within 90 minutes. We schedule the visit by phone.

  4. 4

    Processing the certificate

    We prepare the EPC in approved software per Decree 264/2020. We assess the envelope, energy sources and renewables and propose efficiency measures.

  5. 5

    Delivery

    We send the finished certificate electronically with a digital signature and in printed form by post. The building label can be used in your listing.
